Mayer in Pforzheim, 990/000 Silber, auf dem Avers Hersteller-Zeichen und auf dem Revers Silberpunze "990", auf dem Avers leichte Kerben im Portrait, an Öse, ohne Band. Dazu: Erinnerungsmedaille des III. Bataillons des Infanterie-Regiments Nr. 173 zur Schlacht auf dem Cornillet-Berg 1917, Silberne Erinnerungsmedaille an die Schlacht vom 29. April bis zum 20.
