Tryphon, der auf dem Revers dieser Tetradrachme erwähnt wird, hatte Antiochos VI. gegen Demetrios II. auf den Thron gebracht, ließ ihn aber wenige Jahre später ermorden, um selbst die Königsbinde zu tragen.
