Antinoos, ein Jüngling aus Bithynium in Bithynien, wurde zum Geliebten Hadrians. Er ertrank 130 während der Ägyptenreise des Kaisers im Nil, Hadrian gründete daraufhin die Stadt Antinoupolis.
