Anna war die Tochter Bogislaws XIII. und die Schwester Bogislaws XIV. Sie wurde 1590 in Barth geboren und 1619 mit Ernst Bogislaws, Herzog von Croy und Arschott, vermählt. Sie war die letzte Angehörige des Greifengeschlechts und starb am 7. Juli 1660 in Stolp.
